We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Customer Specialist** to join our outsourced IT support team. As a Customer Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them resolve technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical support team to provide solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Issue Resolution**: Act as a liaison between customers and IT support staff, ensuring all issues are logged and addressed.
- **Customer Education**: Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and basic IT-related queries.
- **Service Monitoring**: Track customer service interactions and escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple client issues effectively and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- An outgoing personality, you will be required to speak to people on the telephone on a regular basis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
