**Description**:
As Investments Administrator, internally known as Asset Management Administrator, you will become part of an expanding Investment and Operations team, offering administrative support across various investment services. You will assist the team in delivering outstanding client service by performing a range of administrative tasks, facilitating effective client communication, and generating & analysing data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Investment Management and Operations teams, including general administration, client communication, data production and analysis.
- Account onboarding, including system input, letter production, client queries.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of account transfers to/from other providers.
- Preparing reviews for Investment Manager Client meetings.
- Production of illustrations and product literature to support the Investment and Sales process.
- Daily reconciliation processing and transactional reporting of market transactions to the FCA.
- All administration tasks, including general correspondence, telephone calls and client servicing.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Experience in Investment Management, Financial Services or Wealth Management (essential).
- Proficient in Excel (essential).
- Experience of using a CRM (essential).
- Educated to a degree standard (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of investments within admin/operations.
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and investment managers.
