The ideal candidate;Experience within a wealth management/financial services environment within the administrative teamsEnthusiastic and confident individual, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external clientsA strong numerical backgroundA genuine interest within the financial services industry Key responsibilities of the role include;Preparing meeting and presentation documentsEnsuring all client verification is up to date and maintainedOn-boarding and suitability processesLiaising with clients and intermediaries to take instructions on the portfolio in respect of third party payments and the receipt of fundsDiary management for the Senior Investment Directors Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be office based Monday-Thursday.Call Settings OverrideTo FromRecord Yes No Always use these settings
