Sapphire Fleet and Plant, support our contracts across the UK with a wide range of fleet vehicles including HGV, and LCV; due to growth we are looking for more experienced HGV mechanics to support the department.

We have recently heavily invested to have a state-of-the-art workshop with all the relevant equipment to carry out the tasks required.

As a HGV/LVC mechanic, you will be tasked with carrying out PMI, MOT prep, servicing an owned fleet that spans multiple manufacturers and models, as well as carrying out repairs or replacing broken or defective parts. You will carry out DVSA vehicle testing and road-test vehicles to check repairs, while making sure that all of the relevant documentation is completed to the required standard.

**Skills, qualifications, and experience**:
Ideally, applicants will have experience in the automotive industry working on LCV or HGVs, and possess the relevant qualifications to back this up. Applicants will also work efficiently on your own or as part of a busy team.

The hours of work are 50 hours a week, between 6am - 10pm.

**Salary**: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
