Our client is a global food and beverage company who are looking for a **Talent, Engagement & Performance Advisor **to join their team
In this role you'll be reporting to the Group Engagement, Performance & Talent Manager. As the Talent, Engagement & Performance Advisor you'll be operating at a group level and preparing, communicating, and facilitating the delivery of the annual performancecycle, talent management activities, the graduate programme and employee engagement activities. This is to ensure that there is an impact on raising capability levels of employees and HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in the way that performance,talent & engagement activities are carried out.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Performance management - delivery & improvement of annual performance cycle, ensuring plans are communicated, time lines are met, and capability levels are raised within HR, while ensuring a positive user experience
Talent management - support roll out of annual talent cycle, review processes & recommend improvements, lead on the creation, communication, stakeholder engagement, planning, and delivery of the annual graduate recruitment programme.
Employee engagement - manage the preparation and delivery of the annual engagement survey, work with the Group Performance, Talent & Engagement Manager to continually assess offerings and consider continuous improvement opportunities.
Employee brand - support ways to enhance the employee experience to include engagement, communications, I&D, health & well being, and recognition
You'll also be involved in business partnering with stakeholders, using active listening skills to influence and using data insights to produce business metrics with recommendations for improvement.
