Director of People Operations and Reward

We are currently working with a leading SaaS and cloud-based software brand in their search for a Director of People Operations and Reward. The role will run for an initial 6-month period (likely to extend) and will operate inside IR35.
- Partnering with the data and analytics team to ensure the clients processes and ways of working support thier data-driven decision-making and can measure workforce productivity
- Building and developing a global team of people operations professionals who are capable of designing and executing people operations processes and constantly improving ways of working, ensuring efficiency and scalability in how the team operates
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of workforce/labor law across locations and ensure that our policies, processes and contracts meet local requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scaleup
- HR functional expertise, broad knowledge and experience in employment law across multiple markets including Europe and US, international payroll, and process efficiencies
- People leadership experience in an international environment
- Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of building, leading and developing teams
- Reward experience or experience of leading reward teams
