Company Description

Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for an **Business Processor (Administrator) **to join our large Customer Service Centre in **Blackburn**. The main goal of this role is to provide best-in-class support to Fire & Security customers, ensuring all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Working Pattern Mon - Fri 9am-5pm

Salary £19,000-£20,000 dep on experience

**Job Description**:

- Timely and accurate processing of all orders and terminations
- Web portal management
- Daily management of status work from field operations
- Resolution of customer issues/ disputes in a timely manner
- Daily support of engineering team with onsite instruction
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience working in customer service / administration
- May be experienced in working with customers in retail or hospitality
- Will have a high level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Should be proactive, able to prioritise workloads and have exemplary customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Will have excellent people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly, both verbally and written
