**Salary**: 22,500 & Bonus Scheme

What will my role look like?

Our Digital Signage team is expanding and we have a new opportunity available for a Digital Assistant In this role, you will support the team with the rollout of digital screens and audio, admin work, managing content.

What would my main responsibilities be?

Assisting the team in the rollout of digital menu boards, advertising screens and audio players.
Working on our platform, uploading, and tagging, scheduling content for screens.
General Admin work.
Working alongside and helping installers to ensure installations are carried out correctly.
Working alongside different departments and external advertisers to receive content and ensure it is deployed on the correct screens with the correct scheduling.
Deploying content in the office, PFS sites, food to go brands.
Building Digital Media players and programmimg LED processors.
Fault diagnosis such as network, power or scheduling errors.
Supporting the IT Department with diagnoses of any screen or player errors through the IT ticketing system.
Overlooking and reporting of the Digital screens and support process.

Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience working within digital media/signage or marketing
Previous experience in project support or project management
Basic Adobe skills such as Photoshop
