Are you an organized, professional, and enthusiastic individual looking to join a well-established, family-run business? At Sheffield Solid Surfaces, we’ve spent over 10 years crafting and delivering stunning kitchens and worktops, and now we’re looking for a **Kitchen Showroom Assistant** to support our growing team.

We specialize in designing and installing premium kitchens and worktops for both trade and retail clients. Known for our commitment to quality and excellent customer service, Sheffield Solid Surfaces has become a trusted name in the industry.

**Your Role**

As a Kitchen Showroom Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients face-to-face in the showroom, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Full Training provided to learn about Kitchen and Worktop Materials.
- Assisting with pricing jobs (full training provided).
- Booking jobs into our schedule.
- Liaising with fitters and factory staff to coordinate projects.
- Managing tasks independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Using Xero software to assist with administrative and financial tasks (training available if needed).
- Cleaning and maintaining the showroom to ensure it is always presentable for clients.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Professional spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Confidence in interacting with clients face-to-face and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with **Xero software** is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and we’ll also provide additional training to ensure your success

**Hours & Pay**
- **Full-time or Part-Time Position Available.**:

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm, and Friday, 9am-3pm.
- Every **Saturday from 9am to 3pm** is required.
- Hours and pay will be discussed during the interview.
