An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed administration assistant to support the Antenatal & Gynaecology Outpatient teams at the Colchester site. The successful applicant will need excellent IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with the general public.

You will be expected to work independently and as part of the maternity team at Colchester. The post will be based within the hospital and is a part-time term contract.

The role will include general office duties, including answering telephone calls and ensuring that patients are booked to the correct clinics and in the appropriate time-frame.

Attention to detail is key as you will need to ensure that data collected is accurate recorded in a timely matter.

You will manage our eReferral Service to ensure patient referrals are booked and actioned within set time-frames.
