*Job Summary*

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll transactions including data entry, deductions, and adjustments
- Analyse payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Utilise payroll software to manage payroll accounts
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information
- Liaising with HMRC as necessary relating to payroll matters
- Dealing with work place pensions as necessary
- Dealing with all payroll administration duties as necessary
- Dealing with ad-hoc office administration duties as necessary

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using payroll software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,037.00-£23,958.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
