Here at Owens Group we are looking for a Data Cleanse Assistant to join our team at Bynea.
**Work pattern**:Monday - Friday
**Salary**:Competitive
**Contract Type**: Fixed Term
- To amend and clean data in our HR and office data systems
- To systematically check records and accurately update them as required
- To amalgamate duplicate records and contacts
- To sit with the HR and Payroll team to review their employee record, adding where appropriate and archiving out of date information, liaising with various members of staff to ensure accuracy.
- To proactively flag data inconsistencies
- Retrieving data
- There will also be an element of payroll assistance, therefore experience with numerical data is essential
- Previous data cleansing experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Experience analysing data for quality and reconciling data issues.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work systematically, quickly, and accurately
- Patience and a willingness to take the time and care to cleanse the data.
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to work alone as well as part of a wider team
- Provide an administrative service to HR and Payroll Department
- The role will consist of the collation of Owens Group information in readiness for data migration.
- Required to have good time management skills to meet monthly submissions deadlines by accessing confidential patient records and the Trusts’ electronic systems
- Take direction from the Payroll Manager and Head of People for the day to day tasks
- Be responsible for your own time management and ensure that they are correctly prioritising their workload.
- You will need to be able to work well under pressure and concentrate in a busy work environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively with different members of the multidisciplinary team is essential
- A large proportion of this role will be computer-based working; there may be occasions where you will have to undertake other administrative duties filing, scanning etc
