On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a **Senior Administrator-Trade Management **for a **6-month** long contract based in **Glasgow **providing **Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office).**
**Purpose of the Senior Administrator
- Trade Management**:
In this fast-paced client facing role you will be a part of a global team which sits within the wider middle office department of 28 people.
You will be covering a range of different clients including full life cycle of a trade-fixed income and equity and matching of a trade, straight through to a settlement.
**As a Senior Administrator, you will**:
- Manage mailbox and allocate workload
- Act as a first port of call for any queries or escalation from Administrators, providing support and guidance where required
- Ensure the service level provided by the team adheres to the Client Service Delivery agreements
- Prepare and attend client calls
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Generate ideas for improvements to systems and processes
- Ensure adherence to correct escalation framework/matrix
- Ensure that internal and external audit/compliance/risk requirements are met
- Engaging with brokers/traders
**What we’re looking for**:
- Experience of working in Operational environment in Financial Services or Banking
- Office administration experience
- Strong risk awareness
- Attention to detail
- The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- The ability to work within a team
- Strong client service skills
- Familiarity with financial markets
- Trade matching and trade settlement experience
**This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**
