HR Analytics Manager

Seeking an HR Analytics Manager to join the team responsible for defining and delivering the HR analytics strategy and providing insights into HR data to empower stakeholders to support the business and drive data led decisions about their people.
The role will be responsible for creating the presentations that provide stakeholders with insights into HR data that drive decisions and shape the global people strategy. Presentations may include focused work on a key theme or trend, or may be more strategicallyfocused on a business or region.
The role will also work closely with the Head HR Transformation to develop and shape the narrative around change strategy, developing the presentations and materials to effectively communicate key programmes and initiatives that impact employees and theglobal businesses.
This is a key new role, requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to construct a meaningful narrative that is easily understood, and drives effective decision making.
Core skills required:
- Can demonstrate prior experience of combining data sources and turning data into trends and insights to influence and communicate people priorities
- Significant experience of producing presentations for a broad range of senior stakeholders, ideally within an HR environment
- Strong visual design and story-telling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to adapt to multiple and evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues across regions and functions
