**Job Summary**:
As an On-Call Coordinator at Graceful Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients outside of regular business hours. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing on-call schedules, addressing urgent client needs, and maintaining effective communication with our care team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-call activities, responding to emergency situations and urgent care needs outside of regular business hours.

Coordinate and assign available care workers to cover shifts and attend to clients' immediate care needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date on-call schedules, ensuring proper coverage and timely response to client requests.

Provide clear instructions and guidance to care workers regarding client-specific requirements.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and care workers to address urgent concerns, provide updates, and ensure client safety and well-being.

Collaborate with the care team to prioritize incoming requests based on urgency and available resources.

Document all on-call activities, including client incidents, care worker assignments, and communication records.

Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with agency regulations, best practices, and company policies related to on-call coordination and care service delivery.

Participate in regular handover meetings and contribute to process improvements and enhancements for on-call coordination.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately.

Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse care team and build positive relationships with clients and their families.

To work outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
