**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the learning centre, ensuring excellent and efficient service
- Learn how to manage and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Work with senior managers to create and implement strategies to increase level of service and drive new prospects
- Regularly observe and assess sessions and general operation - support and develop your Tutor team
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation standards
- Collaborate with SLT to support and implement strategies and targets
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Support compliance with different bodies

**Skills**:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Support: Willingness to assist staff members in various tasks as needed
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ambitious: Dedicated to the growth of the company, offering excellent customer experience and supporting a strong sales pathway and business development strategy

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
