Support the team in managing budgets and forecasting activities. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and analysis. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently. Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems. The Successful Applicant A successful Graduate Accounts Assistant in accounting and finance should have: A degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field. A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
