Front of House Staff

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take and process orders accurately, demonstrating knowledge of the menu items.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the customers experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle customers inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Support team members by helping with various tasks as needed during busy periods.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and bill handling.
**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales.
- Basic culinary knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficient in basic maths for order processing and bill management.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A helpful attitude towards colleagues and guests alike.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
