**About the role**

An exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team and be responsible for administration and organization of all types of projects from simple to complex tasks has become available. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our Project/Site Managers to develop comprehensive action plans for projects, including resources, timeframes, and budgets. You will be responsible for various coordinating tasks such as schedule and risk management, as well as administrative duties such as project documentation and maintenance. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's responsibilities include ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Salary range: £30,000 - £35,,000 per annum

**Successful applicants will ideally have to**:

- Keep Track of Civils Works.
- Book in Civils with Client
- Manage Material and Supplies for Civils Team
- Liaise with Build Supervisor
- Liaise with Client to ensure all information is shared regarding the projects
- Work alongside Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects.

**Person Specifications & Qualifications**
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail Oriented
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Excellent IT Skills
- self-efficient and able to work by themselves
