MAIN DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Company secretarial assistant/admin support resource to assist with and to keep track of the restructuring activities. You will have experience working for general council and understand corporate governance. This will entail:

- Reviewing power of attourneys
- Liaising with project team members
- Reviewing and arranging for the execution of minutes and documents for the Company Secretary to sign off.
- Assisting with name and director changes
- Assisting with KYC and UBO filings
- Updating various project trackers
- Updating org charts using visio
- Extensive diary and inbox management though various time zones
- Organising internal meetings for Company Secretary with the Stat and Comps team
- Organising external meetings with lawyers and notary
- Experience using blueprint a desirable
- Arranging couriers
- Help with expenses
- Daily updates with the Company Secretary with progress

Critical attributes are:

- Resourceful self-starter who can troubleshoot with minimum supervision
- Ability to deal with complexity and data volume
- Superb attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure
- Must have good excel skills

At least 3-4 days minimum based in the office when the Company Secretary is in.
