Administrator (Ciel and Clinical Skills)

The Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences is seeking to appoint an Administrator to support the Centre for Interprofessional Education & Learning and the Clinical Skills Centre.
You will provide full administrative support in the day to day running of the Centres, reporting to the Clinical Skills Centre Manager and acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, students and visitors.
You will organise classes, large scale student events, support committees and oversee budgets.
You will need to play an engaged, supportive and flexible role within the team with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with a clear understanding of the value and importance of providing this to our stakeholders.
The post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Job share arrangements may be considered.
