**Admin Assistant**
**Hours**:09:00 am - 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday
**Recruitment Responsibilities**:
- Advertise on various job boards and use innovation to maximise recruitment opportunities
- Deliver a business recruitment solution as part of the recruitment team
- Screen and interview applicants to identify potential employees
- Maintain a professional image of the company and promote the business at every opportunity
- Work in partnership with Management and Operations teams to identify recruitment needs and localised issues
- Support the management team on all matters relating to recruitment
- Ensure that business recruitment needs are met wherever required
- Ensure that all records pertaining to carers are completed at the interview and updated as required. All issues relating to the compliance of prospective and new staff are carried out, identity confirmed, references and DBS checks obtained, and mandatory training received.
- Continual carer compliance, including support to the senior carers and field care supervisors
- To provide telephone support to clients and care staff.
- To assist with the day-to-day administration of the office.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date record keeping, documentation and filing systems.
- CQC auditing procedures - maintain up-to-date accurate record keeping.
- Maintain and develop business opportunities by building relationships and trust and promoting the service we provide.
- To assist with the emergency on-call service.
- Staff compliance, auditing of daily record notes, MAR sheets, competency assessments etc
- All Other Admin duties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
