We are seeking a **Store and Goods In Team Leader** to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Goods In and the Raw Material Stores within our Manufacturing site in Beeston, Leeds.

The Store and Goods In Team Leader will lead and support all functions of the Goods In and Stores team and act as the key point of contact for the Forklift Truck fleet, contacting Material Handling Suppliers, reporting and arranging repairs and services on behalf of the whole Business.

Hours**:Full Time position, 39 hours per week**

Contract**:Permanent position**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the department Skills Matrix, updating SOPs where necessary and training of new personnel
- Attend daily KPI meetings and other company meetings you may be required to attend
- Delivery regular team briefs to ensure constant communication and people are informed of Company news and updates
- Report accident risks and remove hazards by working with other departments to find a safe and cost-effective solution
- Stock accuracy data continues to be captured daily, following each product group cycle count
- Ensure the delivery planner is completed correctly, avoiding congestion and Suppliers are correctly booked into a suitable time slot
- Train, coach, develop and mentor the individuals within your team for peak performance and continued personal growth
- Utilise personnel effectively, ensure activities are value driving and achieving goals by priority order

As a supportive and inclusive leader, you will motivate and inspire your team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and supports with development and training.

You will be a hands-on and hardworking individual with a proactive approach to daily activities, improvements, changes and problem solving.

As a confident communicator, you will be the main point of contact and support for your team and other departments within the Business for all Raw Material, Stores and Goods In delivery related matters.
