You are a capable operator, with good organisational skills and have a strong understanding of people, customer service and business operations
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS**:
**Operational excellence**:
- Work to ensure your store operates efficiently achieving or exceeding both national and brand standards.
- Collaborate with your peers, cultivating healthy competition and sharing best practices.
- Monitor & maintain consistent quality of product, experience and environment across your team and store.
- Directly address or escalate issues and implement solutions in your store.
**Customer experience**:
- Ensure that every member of your store team delivers a consistent and outstanding customer experience, always promoting customer loyalty via the 92 Degrees app.
- Build a team that proactively addresses customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
**Employee experience**:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team that works together to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, growth, and employee retention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee development.
**Performance management**:
- Set performance targets for team members, in alignment with wider company objectives, and regularly review and report on these.
- Analyse sales, and other performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to your team to help them achieve/exceed targets.
- Inventory & supply chain management: Oversee inventory management and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise wastage/shrinkage.
- Collaborate with both internal and external supply chains to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, accounting for delivery days when scheduling.
**Health & safety compliance**:
- Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Conduct and cooperate with routine audits and inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
**Budgetary control**:
- Working with senior company leadership and accounts, you will have input to your budgets within agreed boundaries.
- You will work to manage any and all spending, always achieving the best value for money for company funds.
- You will discuss and seek approval for relevant out-of-budget ad-hoc spending in line with the agreed policy.
**Core Performance Metrics: (Reviewed monthly)**
- Sales Growth ↑ (YoY / vs Budget)
- Gross Profit - GP ↑ (Controlled Cost of Goods)
- Salaries & Wages - S&W - (Not exceeding 25% of Sales)
