People Solutions are representing our client who are seeking Procurement Specialists to join their vibrant team.

The role on offer is hybrid - 2 days per week in the office in Warwickshire and 3 home working.

The salary is based on level of experience up to £53,000

Day to Day Duties

Buying and product management forms the backbone of the business so this role will be incredibly fast-paced.

As the Senior Buyer you will help drive sales and profit and have a keen interest in understanding our customers and what makes a product great for them.

You will be responsible for translating and delivering category strategy for your given product range helping to achieve profitable growth.

You will own and support the delivery of agreed KPIs (including sales, margin, stock and availability), you will buy, source and develop ranges and establish effective relationships with key internal stakeholders

Essential Skills

Procurement experience gained in the following is essential - Safety, Thermal, Powertrain, Automotive and Aerospace.

Desirable Experience

Degree level education or equivalent desire to educate to CIPS
