Our client is a rapidly growing boutique infrastructure M&A advisory firm based in London.Recently established, the team have already won a number of leading buy and sell side mandates across all infrastructure asset classes across Europe and work as partof the Investment Teams, supporting them with all stages of the investment process both pre and post execution.
As the team continues to win deals, there is an urgent need to hire a Vice President to play a key role in the execution of M&A deals whilst supporting origination efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven infrastructure advisory or investmentprofessional to join a growing team where you will build an impressive deal sheet whilst contributing to the growth of the business.
**The Vice President will**:

- Play a leading role executing deals including overseeing Analysts and Associates to build financial models and conduct analysis.
- Lead due diligence processes, valuations and work with the funds to develop and give presentations to the Investment Committees.
- Take responsibility for leading relationships with clients.
- Support with origination efforts, regularly interacting with investors and industry professionals to generate leads and build relationships for the business.
- Provide training to junior members of the team.
- Be currently sitting in a **Senior Associate, Vice President or equivalent position in the Infrastructure M&A Team of an investment bank, advisory firm, investment group or corporate.**:

- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the **infrastructure and renewable energ**y market with **proven M&A deal experience**.
- Have a very strong and all round skillset including **building financial models, conducting due diligence and valuations.**:

- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and liaise with all levels of management.
- Hold a finance, business, mathematics or related degree from a highly regarded university.
- Be highly driven and motivated to join a growing team where you can contribute to the growth.
