Open until late, 5 days a week (Weds-Sun), we offer 14 draught beers, up to 100 different craft & traditional beers in cans & bottles, and a modest range of spirits and wines. We mainly serve customers on site, but customers may take cans & bottles away as well.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual, who will take the Full Time role of Bar Staff, assisting the Manager in their duties. This individual will need to work on their own initiative and as part of the team, as well as leading on occasion when the Manager is absent. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. In addition, the role will incorporate all aspects of helping to run a hospitality/retail business - first and foremost serving guests, recommending beers, assisting on event nights, providing a welcoming environment and managing a small and passionate team when required. Further responsibilities will include stock control, receiving deliveries, occasional cash handling and ensuring the venue and guests are secure and safe at all times.

**Key Role and Responsibilities**
- Carry out daily duties in the professional and friendly way our customers expect from us
- Assist with sales, and on occasion refunds and returned items.
- Provide first class customer service in R&G’s Tap House serving customers, helping make the premises look its best at all times and maintain stock levels.
- Carry out other customer service related tasks as required including some stock checks and other basic activities.
- You will be a named key holder and need to be comfortable working alone on site when required.

**Salary**: Competitive (to be discussed at interview stage)

**Hours**: Full time, 30-40h per week
