**Overview**:
**Day-to-Day duties**:

- Assisting the Marketing Manager to run company social media channels, including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Implementing the companies SEO (search engine optimisation) strategy
- Creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Assisting with delivering and monitoring campaigns and social media management with projects and events
- Writing and distributing e-newsletters to subscribers to generate leads
- Collecting data to track performance including social media & website analytics
- Using timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits
- Assisting with the creation of digital and physical flyers
- Administration to support the Marketing and Sales function where required
- Generating sales data and identifying opportunities for partnerships

**Desirable skills**:

- Creative
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Experience working in a customer focused work environment would be an advantage
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, SEMrush or similar tools and Social media channels, Hootsuite/Buffer would be an advantage

**Personal qualities**:

- Interested in Digital Marketing Particularly SEO and Blog writing
- Creative
- Team player

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Future prospects**:
The company already have several apprentices within the business including one in the Marketing Team who will be able to mentor and support you throughout your apprenticeship journey.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may be offered a full time permanent position in the companies Marketing Team - with a new job title and enhanced salary and benefits package.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
