As our new Technical Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategist, storyteller, and driver of Maple's growth - leading how our market-leading façade expertise is seen, heard, and experienced. You'll translate complex technical innovation into powerful marketing that wins work and earns loyalty.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Leading Maple's marketing strategy and annual plan, aligning it with our business goals.
  • Managing campaigns (email, digital, and social) that strengthen brand visibility and drive new enquiries.
  • Overseeing the company website, SEO, and analytics.
  • Building relationships with specifiers and contractors to gather feedback for future improvements including market research on customers, competitors and emerging sectors.
  • Providing strategic marketing input into live bids and pre-construction activities to help secure major project wins.
  • Coordinating product launches, case studies, and events that showcase Maple's technical capability.
  • Taking the sampling approach to a new level that is perfectly aligned to the growing expectations of the architect and contractor audiences.
  • Inspiring your team to grow through Personal Development Planning of Direct Reports.
  • Owning the marketing budget, reporting, and performance scorecards.
  • Maintaining and developing Maple's Technical Assets Library and brand consistency across all materials.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • 5 years+ strategic marketing experience, including managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of technical or specification-led marketing, ideally in a construction market.
  • Confident communicator who can engage both creative and technical audiences.
  • Experience managing digital marketing, SEO, Automations, Lead Scores, and website performance.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable flexing between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
  • Capable project manager of events and campaigns.
