Outbound Energy Sales Consultant

**Job description**

The Energy Supermarket is looking for passionate **Outbound Energy Consultants** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with small to medium-sized businesses across the UK and Ireland to help them secure the best energy deals. Using a consultative approach, you'll match businesses with the right energy solutions based on their unique needs.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK and Ireland (B2B)
- Consult with businesses to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with experienced consultants to generate opportunities, with commission shared equally between you both.
- Liaise with energy providers to ensure accurate account information.
- Maintain client data and track progress in our CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets around calls, opportunities, and revenue.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Driven and competitive, motivated by earning potential and results.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**What’s On Offer**:

- **Base Salary**: £25,000- £35,000 depending on experience
- **OTE**: Up to £60,000 with outstanding commission.
- **Incentives**: Additional opportunities to increase earnings through the TES premium.
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
- **Holiday**: 20 days + bank holidays, plus paid December off if the company meets its targets
