The role
More than an Action Plan At Bupa we are looking for people who want to deliver, who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, working with our amazing Home Managers within your designated region you will support to drive the quality standards. No day will be the same, you will cover a region of homes each with their own personalities and areas for improvement, as a Clinical Quality Specialist your role will be to undertake a full evaluation of the home, identify areas for improvement and implement a strategy to move forward improvements.

What are we looking for?
- Experienced Home Manager or previous experience in a Quality focussed role.
- Clinical background (RGN & active pin) with a strong clinical knowledge base
- Ability to communicate at all levels; gets the message across in the right way, to the right audience.
- Possesses, understands and can demonstrate the need for strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- A leader who can demonstrate positively the need for change; does so in a way that takes people with them and gets buy in
- Experienced in leading audits, creating action plans with demonstratable experience of analysing, evaluating, and making recommendations for improvement
- Shares their knowledge and expertise for the greater good through coaching, workshops etc.
