Clinic Manager – Randox Health About the role Randox Health, a leading clinical diagnostics company, is seeking a Clinic Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinics in South England, including Chichester, Winchester, Southampton, Bournemouth and Plymouth. The manager will lead clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance and drive high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including ISO and Care Quality Commission. Ensure all staff adhere to the Quality Management System. Manage clinical staff across multiple clinics and maintain relations with GPs, specialists, doctors and couriers. Develop and appraise staff. Organise and monitor team development and training, ensuring all staff training plans are up to date. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Manage clinic expenditure. Co‑ordinate with the quality team to carry out internal audits, report incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure sufficient overall clinic management of supplies, equipment, fixtures and fittings. Cover reception duties as required. Provide a high level of customer service and care to all clients. Foster effective teamwork and communication throughout the business. Maintain confidentiality and appropriate storage of confidential information. Maintain full knowledge of software procedures and clinic roles. Assist with recruitment as required. Optimise and manage rota to meet client requirements and financial revenue. Travel regularly within the north east clinic network. Qualifications University Degree in a business or science related discipline. Experience in managing a team. Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends. Exemplary customer service skills and experience. Flexibility to travel and work across multiple sites. Proficiency in Microsoft packages. Experience implementing a quality management system in a regulatory environment. Confidence and experience working internal and external events. High level of IT literacy. Experience within a senior management role. Benefits Full‑time, permanent contract. Working hours: 8.40 am to 5.20 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work flexibility required.
