We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAMHS CBT Therapist to join the Early Help Service in Hampshire CAMHS. Early Help is a county wide provision that has three hubs in the north, south east and west of Hampshire. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and skilled practitioner and leader, with significant experience working in a specialist CAMHS setting, who has BABCP recognised CBT training and significant experience of delivering CBT interventions.

This role will have two main priorities; 1) To act as Clinical Lead for the Whole School Approach (WSA) to emotional mental health wellbeing and support its roll out and implementation in schools across the county, providing clinical steerage of the development of initiatives and models, and 2) To provide leadership within CBT across the relevant areas of the Early Help Service, as well as to CBT Therapists working in other parts of Hants CAMHS.

**The postholder will**: clinically lead the WSA schools offer; actively participate in CBT recruitment and succession planning, including in the outward facing role with stakeholders; represent the needs and views of the CBT workforce within Hampshire CAMHS, including on governance issues; lead CBT steering groups across the service; advise the service on CPD requirements for low and high intensity CBT clinicians, in order to develop and maintain a BABCP accredited workforce; steer a robust approach for CBT supervision across Hants CAMHS, to ensure clinicians can meet BABCP accreditation standards; take an overview and steer of the development of clinical skills and caseload management for all CBT Therapists in Hants CAMHS - but with direct and robust input to all low intensity CBT practitioners; offer BABCP accreditable Clinical Supervision; ensure that all in-house CBT training is supported by CBT skilled clinicians in the service; supervise senior CBT Therapists in Hants CAMHS; work as a core member of the Early Help Service, providing a high quality, specialist CBT to clients, their families or carers, thus maintaining CBT practise and BABCP accreditation; actively participate in CBT audit & research; lead in CBT Service Development across Hampshire CAMHS.
