We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior IT Engineer to join our growing business and become the face of our IT team. This role would be great for someone seeking a career in IT, and would be ideally suited if you have strong interpersonal skillsand troubleshooting abilities.

**About the role**

This is a 9-5 role based in our Newport head-office. You won't be on call or providing around the clock support. When you are working, you will be the face of the IT Team so need to be professional and diligent with all comms and conversations.
With mentoring and training from the IT Team, you will be the helpdesk 1st point of contact for day-to-day queries. A key part will be managing the IT asset management system and the setup of devices, as well as administration of Microsoft 365 user accounts.

We are looking to do things to a high standard and have the appropriate budget and business support to ensure we can deliver quality solutions. We need a positive and self-motivating individual to compliment our team, and a big part of our goal to supportPropel staff with great IT.

**What do you need to bring to the role?**
- You will have demonstrable experience of working or volunteering in a customer facing, and sometimes demanding environment.
- A conscientious and positive attitude, we're here to help serve the business and its staff.
- You'll have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows, and a strong IT competency.
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn.
- Resilience when faced with time pressures, adversity, and setbacks. You remain focused and optimistic in difficult situations.
