HR Change & Transformation - Business Analysts
Venn Group are partnered with a London-based bank focussed on improving and delivering a range of HR-related projects.

Our Financial Services team are looking to speak with individuals from a HR Change and Transformation background with experience implementing a variety of technological and business-facing projects.

We are recruiting for multiple positions all within similar banking organisations:
**HR Business Analyst (£500 - 550 pd PAYE)
- Act as a HR Business Analyst responsible for managing project workstreams across a range of the banks’ entities and international jurisdictions (EMEA region)
- Update HR policies and procedures, maintaining oversight of any transition between legacy and newer systems, updating documentation
- Establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships across the business, actively advising on project updates, advancement towards milestones, and identifying potential risks posed to project(s’) completion
- Contribute towards Target Operating Model design and improvement, reengineering processes as required
- Enhance employee experience principles
- Gather requirements and feed them into a Traceability Matrix

**HR SMCR/SM&CR Analyst (£500 - 550 pd PAYE)
- Provide regulatory guidance on applicability of policies and procedures pertaining to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime
- Work within a Global HR Transformation Programme
- Design HR Target Operating Models that are specific to each region and its associated legislative restrictions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear lines of communication between business units
- Systems used: ServiceNow (highly desirable)
