**Main Responsibilities**
What you’ll do for our customers:
As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you’ll be engaging in conversations tofind out our customers’ needs, providing information to customers about thefull range of financial products and services that we offer. You willalso engage with our customers throughour ‘My Review’ appointments which is agreat opportunity to understand and discuss our customers financial goals in afriendly conversation. By really listening to and getting to know our customers you’ll helpthem to review their circumstances and proactivelyidentify the mostappropriate products to suit their needs, all the while providing a straightforward,helpful service that lets your enthusiasm shine through.
In our friendly working environment, you’ll play an important part in makingthe most of every conversation with every customer, face-to-face, over thephone or virtually. So, whether you’re promoting a new product or resolving aproblem, you’ll always place ourcustomers’ needs at the heart of everythingyou do and provide a first-class service every time.
