We are looking for a Portfolio Office Manager to join our growing Enterprise Portfolio Office team. You will be based from our offices in either Leeds/London or working remotely as part of our 'flex together’ approach.

In this fast-paced role you’ll be responsible for the development and management of a team of Portfolio Analysts ensuring that all change in the Organisation Portfolio is planned, tracked, resourced and reported on in line with our standard delivery lifecycles.You will report into the Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, and act as deputy when required.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with program and project managers as well as the wider business community, identifying and implementing ways in which the EPMO can best support the business in itsgrowth ambitions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish, promote and ensure adoption of the TransUnion Change and Governance frameworks, tools and processes to ensure adherence to Group change standards and methods.
- Lead, oversee, and drive improvements through appropriate program and project controls which are aligned to TransUnion’s and best practice standards across all areas of the portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, sponsors and key internal stakeholders, influencing and identifying/resolving issues between stakeholder groups and individuals so that program and project objectives are delivered effectively whilstrisks are minimised.
- Proactively monitor projects against TCQ expectations, providing an early warning of any variances and exceptions to the portfolios
- Lead and develop the reporting processes for the portfolio, setting out standards and timetables to ensure the provision of reliable and consistent management information
- Constructively challenge and assess the overall progress of programs and projects by reviewing progress reports and other key management information, ensuring that the programs and projects are aligned with TU’s strategic priorities
- Lead the operational development of the UK EPMO as a Centre of Excellence and a one stop shop for consistent tools, templates and guidance across a range of governance delivery controls
- Hold people management responsibility for the Portfolio Analysts in the team.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent leadership qualities and developing and managing a team of other PMO professionals
- Substantial knowledge of project management and associated techniques (we do both Traditional and Agile)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to 'weed out’ the important from the noise
- Experience of working collaboratively across organisational boundaries
- Politically savvy and empathetic to the views of others

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Ideally P3O or PRINCE2/MSP qualified or equivalent
