We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager at StepChange Debt Charity in Leeds. This will be a key role within the Technology Services department, leading the Portfolio Management Office to assure successful project outcomes, by using project, programmeand portfolio management practices effectively.
**Where you'll work**:
You'll split your time between our Leeds office and home. Currently we ask all colleagues to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days a month.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Establishing and maintaining communications with colleagues across the Charity
- Understanding Charity priorities and working with the Head of Change to deliver plans
- Influencing the change agenda
- Leading the PMO team to provide assurance on projects and programmes
- Providing accurate and timely reports on projects and across the stakeholder community
- Ensuring project/programme benefits are defined, agreed and measurable post implementation
- Designing and implementing risk management processes
- Training and developing the wider PMO team

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in change portfolio reporting
- Project planning and management skills
- Knowledge of benefit management, business change, resource planning, contract negotiation and Prince2
- Stakeholder management experience
- Developed data interpretation and communications skills

**Salary**:circa £48,495
