**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor bar staff, promoting a positive team environment.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail menus while maintaining quality control over all beverages served.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimising waste through effective stock management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including food production and preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a bar or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, food preparation, and culinary practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in team management, fostering collaboration among staff members.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay: £13.49-£13.87 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
