**Bakery Operative - Level 3 MULTI SKILLED M/F**

**£10.65/hour**

42 hour week: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am on a 3 on, 3 off rotating day and night shift pattern

**About Us**

At Délifrance UK, we are very proud of the delicious bread that we make in our Southall factory. We supply the major UK retailers and food service outlets with premium speciality baked goods, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We work 12 hour shifts on a 3 on, 3 off alternating day and night shift pattern. Because of growing demand for our artisan breads, we would love you to come and join our Production team to help us make, bake and pack our fantastic products.

**The Role**

Our Level 3 Bakery Operators are multi-skilled and work in all areas of the factory operating different types of equipment that we use to make and pack our breads. One day, you will be doing Quality checks, the next day, you will be operating a palletiser, another day, you will be operating automated machinery and the next day, you will be running a bank of ovens. Again, we will train you on the different tasks that you will do.

**The Person**

To be successful as Level 3 Bakery Operative, you must be reliable, hardworking and a great team player ideally with food manufacturing and bakery experience. It is a fast-paced working environment and you will need to be flexible as you will be responsible for a range of tasks every day. You should have great attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver a first-class product to our customers - and of course, good spoken and written English along with basic Numeracy. Because a lot of the work we do is manual, you will need to be good with your hands too.

To become a Level 3 Bakery Operative, you should have previous experience working in a factory environment operating automated equipment, be adaptable and have a good level of Numeracy.
