Here at Marlborough Highways we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our fantastic newly formed team at our Greenwich depot. The Administrator will provide a full range of support to the Commercial and Operational Teams based within our Greenwich Contract.Key Responsibilities
- Inputting job information onto clients Symology database system
- Collating and reviewing records and photos of jobs and ensuring they comply with the contract requirements
- Updating internal project trackers
- Updating teams daily where abouts and been abouts
- Collate data for the performance reporting for contract
- Maintain records of holidays
- Provide cover for preparing and invoicing the client
- Collation of subcontract payment information for approval
- Assist with completion of works planning spreadsheets
- Compilation of cost information
- Good receiving tickets for various material.
- Generating order numbers
- Ordering materials
- Printing stats for various schemes when required
- Creating job numbers
- Processing weekly timesheets

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Accurate with an eye for detail
- Logical thinker
- Proactive, with the ability to work off own initiative
- Good IT skills including office suite (Excel, Word etc)
- Experience in working with databases
- An understanding of highways and civil engineering work streams and environment would be beneficial
