Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will be an ambassador of Medik8 ensuring that the brand’svisual identity is globally aligned across all our markets and channels.

This is an ideal role for a commercially minded, organised and creative self-starter, with excellent project management skills. You will be driven by achieving objectives and helping to fuel the brand to new levels of continuous growth.

**In more detail your role will include**:

- Championing the brand by maintaining the overall Global Guideline documents, carrying out training to new starters in the company to ensure adherence and consistency internally.
- Be responsible for visual brand audits across each of the distributors markets and brand clinics, ensuring assets are implemented correctly, guaranteeing global consistency across key external touchpoints.
- Being the main point of reference for all distributors marketing enquiries, acting as a bridge between Brand and the distributor markets.
- Providing core support to the Senior Brand Manager on major brand campaigns.
- Developing and rolling out core marketing tools used across global markets, to guarantee the maximum potential of the brand, analysing the success and impact these have to drive better efficiency and growth.
- Keeping on top of the latest global trends in the Skincare and Beauty industry, particularly across social platforms.
- Establishing and maintaining great relationships with internal and external partners to drive the best campaign results.

- Are educated to a degree level.
- Have a passion for skincare and cosmetics.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the highest focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Are creatively-minded with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Have a willingness to learn and are passionate about developing.
- Is self-motivated to work independently, yet highly collaborative within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
