**Life as a CRM Executive** Medik8 is on an unstoppable journey of growth and we are now in an incredible position to scale globally, with our renewed focus on the USA, EMEA and APAC markets. You will be a part of our newly formed Global Markets EMEA division and will provide critical support to the Head of Retention. This role will be pivotal in executing a customer centric, data-driven and creative CRM strategy to enhance customer engagementand retention, and increase long-term customer lifetime value. **Why you cannot miss this opportunity** This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team as you will be working on two pioneering Medik8 projects - the launch and integration of SMS and MMS into our customer communication plans, as well as the launch of a Loyalty proposition for our directconsumers. Working closely with our in-house Creative and Brand teams, and supporting Acquisition and Web Sales, your entrepreneurial and analytical skills will have a direct impact on retention activity and, in turn, overall revenue to the business. If you’d like to make a significant contribution to a leading brand in the skincare space, then get in touch **Key responsibilities will include**: - Helps shape the Loyalty proposition and ensures Loyalty programs are executed to increase levels of retention and conversion, reaping maximum ROI for the business - Responsible for day-to-day production of high-quality copy aligned with internal brand guidelines, ultimately engaging customers and increasing purchases - Conducts A/B testing of content & creatives, reports on performance and key trading moments and leverages best practices to make recommendations for improvements - Supports with copywriting across the broader online team, especially paid social and search - Have excellent copywriting and meticulous proofreading skills - Have some experience in using CRM tools to set up and test campaigns, as well as optimise delivery - Be data-driven and confident to measure metrics using Excel or equivalent - Be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills - Be detail-oriented **About us** Medik8 is one of the fastest-growing skincare brands, focused on science-based skin ageing products centered around the "CSA Philosophy".
