Head of Internal Comms and Engagement

**Purpose**:
You drive people engagement and culture strategy through an amazing internal comms, communicating across the business using multiple channels, whilst ensuring the employee voice is heard. You'll be instrumental in working with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across the business to create and develop the roadmap which will set the tone and build a fantastic employee experience and scale our culture as we grow.
**What will I be doing**:
- Develop and agree a strategy and roadmap for internal communications and engagement across the business
- Partner with the leadership team to determine the most impactful ways to leverage their communication and presence
- Leading and driving organisational change and employee engagement
- Define the BAU plan that will effectively deliver that multi
- channel strategy
- Maintain a consistent flow of communication to all teammate's week on week, whilst allowing for adhoc and change communications to be shared limiting any disruption to the BAU comms
- Organise, plan, and produce weekly Monday Morning Meeting presentations to the business, ensuring all areas are covered throughout each quarter including OKR updates
- Be the go-to person for internal communications across the business; including supporting and guiding all on communication plans for all groups across the business
- Work closely with the external communications team to make sure alignment in brand messaging and social media
- Advise leadership and senior management on sensitive and complex internal communications challenges, including crisis communications issues
- Work closely with the People team to define our strategic approach to colleague engagement and own the annual culture survey
- Ensure teammates have a voice, feel listened to, and ensure a special culture is felt through all communication channels

**What will I bring to the role**:
- Experience leading a progressive internal communications function
- Knowledge of what great employee engagement and culture looks like
- Experience working with business leaders and senior stakeholders
- Extensive experience developing and driving strategic plans and initiatives
- Know how to approach change and crisis communications
- Strong creative flare with experience producing content for a diverse audience
- Some understanding of external comms and how they link to internal
- Previously worked using a multi-channel approach
- Excellent written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
