Kay responsibilities:

- Supports the board with the strategic narrative for the launch of the next 5 year framework, using a range of channels to ensure this is well received and our colleagues are engaged with the part they play in its success - with he ability to really be ableto capture the hearts and minds of our colleagues with their approach to bringing this narrative to life
- Take the lead of developing and delivering the annual leadership event working alongside the board
- Support the launch of our internal communication platform Yammer across the business
- Works across the business in ensuring that the Org wide approach to DE&I is communicated well to colleagues with a clear passion for inclusivity
- Is able to create unlocks with regards to communicating effectively with our front line teams through the use of different channels especially digital to create greater connections across the business
- Can support projects from a change perspective - ensuring all of our colleagues feel involved and up to date on progress where required - there are several on currently some regulatory some around consultation / some engagement
- Leadership of the current internal comms team - supporting aligning objective and being clear on the need for the next 6 months

This role will be based out of Manchester but there will be flax ability to be able to work form home for 2-3 days per week. The salary on offer for this role is £65,000-£75,000 pa.
