**Human Resource Support Specialist II**

**Job Profile Summary**:

- Effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Data managed may include personal information; job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave accrual records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management, to meet legal obligations, or for external agencies
- Statistics analyzed may include employee demographics, skills inventory, absences, overtime, or employee turnover
- Respond to enquirers from employees, managers and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) about individual and organization-wide human resource information, without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality
**What Part Will You Play**:

- Supports Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with a variety of administrative functions to include entering data into the
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other related systems, scanning documents and performing mail merges.
- Remains abreast of HR policies and guidelines by reviewing the Team Member Guide and monitoring for updates/changes in order to quickly reference and answer routine HR related questions and adjust work activities accordingly
- Assists team members with basic HR questions, consults to provide answers, or directs to appropriate personnel. Assists team members and managers in successfully completing routine paper and electronic forms.
- Communicates team member events for lunch and learn sessions, health fairs, team appreciation week, etc.
- Prepares and analyzes reports (Title VII, Civil Rights Act) for HRBP.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
- Human Resources, Administrative support
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Human Resources, Business Administration
- Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
- Human Resource experience or administrative support

- Skills / Knowledge - Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Job Complexity - Works on assignments that are routine to moderately difficult, requiring some decision in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Supervision - Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
- Technical Ability - Knowledgeable in applicable software systems, e.g. Microsoft Suites, HRIS, Performance Management
- Problem Solving - Collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve team member issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
