This an exciting opportunity to work as an Operations Executive in one of the UK’s fastest growing group of companies within the guitar industry. The group consists of The Guitar Marketplace and Fat Bottom Guitars - The Guitar Marketplace runs prize competitions and free giveaways for guitars within the UK, and Fat Bottom Guitars buy, sell, and trade guitars globally.
- In-depth guitar inspection and testing
- Preparing guitars for dispatch
- Creation of new guitar listings
- Creation of new competitions
- Website admin and maintenance
- Assisting content team where needed
- Photographing & editing imagery
- Organise and assist with the running of exhibition events
- Working closely with company director to ensure weekly and monthly strategies are executed in a timely manner
- Task scheduling and diary management of the wider team using in-house management software
- Customer aftercare
- Provide administrative support to the team including dealing with customer enquiries and updating customer details
- Completing reports and delivering insights on operational performance
- Ordering and managing the use of sundries and consumables such as uniform & packaging materials
- Continually improve operational systems and processes where possible
- Look for continued business growth opportunities
- Competitor analysis
- Issuing customer invoices and receipts
- Assist with marketing campaigns and key events throughout the year

**Salary & Hours**:

- 38 hours per week (9am-8pm Mon & Thur, 9am-3pm Tue, Wed, Fri)
- £21,000 - £26,000 annual salary based on experience
- Must be able to commute to our studio in Brierly Hill, West Midlands
