**Senior Site Supervisor**

A multi-site operator in Sheffield specialising serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches & cakes freshly baked every day.

We are currently searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Site Supervisor to join our growing team who strives to provide an excellent customer experience in a consistent and professional manner.

**The Role**

Our management team are fundamental in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests daily. They ensure our customer’s experience is in keeping with our high standards and ensure our team members are always operating effectively. Our managers are leaders with a can-do attitude and who look to go out of their way to enhance the experience of our customers, so having a great personality and being able to work at a fast pace is essential in this position. They are responsible for building great team morale and play an important role in maintaining standards.

You will be a self-motivated team player with great communication skills. A fast learner and brilliant at showing new team members how it’s done. You’re reliable, hard-working, and energetic

You will be required to work shift hours and have a flexible approach to working patterns. You will lead the team and be on hand to assist the Multi-Site Manager as required. Most of all you will be enthusiastic and passionate about what we offer.

**Some Essential Requirements**

+ Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a environment

+ Flexible approach to work & shift patterns

+ Weekend work will be a fundamental part of the role.

+ Experience of ordering and stock management

+ Great Knowledge of coffee

+ Experience of staff management and training

- Should be enthusiastic about food and drink
- A good level of general education

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
