**About The Role**
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of needs, helping them lead fulfilling lives and stay connected to the world around them. Whether it’s encouraging daily routines, joining in with hobbies, or providing personal care, your presence and consistency will make a lasting difference.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Helping with everyday tasks such as personal care, meals, medication and routines
- Supporting people to take part in activities at home and out in the community
- Building trust through calm, consistent support
- Following personalised care plans and working closely with your team
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing

**What we’re looking for**
- Friendly, dependable people who care about others
- A calm and patient approach, especially during challenging moments
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work longer shifts and some weekends
- A commitment to completing a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years

**Required Criteria**
- If not already attained, by the relevant date, attain the Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Experience in working with vulnerable people in a residential setting
- Must hold a valid British driving licence and be willing to drive for the company.
- Have a solid understanding of vulnerable adults or child development and children's needs
