We offer solutions tailored to the market: hand-held tools, machines and systems, consumables specially designed for them, professional advice, project engineering and an outstanding technical service.**

**We are currently looking for a Store Person. The main function will be to take control of deliveries, picking, packing customers’ orders and managing stock levels. Their primary duties include receiving and dispatching goods from the stores, storing goods received appropriately and resolving discrepancies in the delivery of goods.**

**This new and exciting role is a Full time position, you will need to be able to cover the hours 08:30- 17:00 Monday - Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 Friday**

**Job Role**
- Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received
- Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock
- Keeping detailed records of spare parts using SAGE
- Replenishing the stores with parts
- Counting and confirming stock inventory
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
- Reporting on inventory management systems regularly
- Ordering stock from suppliers within the Companies parameters
- Picking and delivering goods by using a forklift if applicable
- Organising the delivery of goods from stores to our customer
- Using the Sage system to print off delivery notes
- Completing Stock Takes
- Assisting Customers with order and delivery queries
- Booking in machines for repairs
- Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment
- Marking and labelling stock.
- General housekeeping
- Organising the goods in and goods out area
- To support the Management team to assist with resolving stock issues as and when required

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Ability to work with others as part of a team
- Good level of IT skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good communicator
- Full driving licence
- Previous warehouse/stock experience preferred, but not required
- Engineering background would be advantageous
- Experienced in but not essential as training will be provided for Fork Lift driving and Fire Marshall
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Maintain and encourage a positive Health and Safety culture
